NBFE Cancellation and Refund Policy

All NBFE training events are non-refundable.  However, under extenuating circumstances registrants may contact NBFE and request an exception to this policy.  If an exception is granted, a full or partial refund will be offered to the registrant in the form of a credit to the registrant’s account usable for future NBFE events or fees.
